The amount you can earn is really quite limitless. doTERRA is not an ‘illegal’ pyramid scheme and you can easily outrank people above you, it is a direct selling company where you are rewarded for sharing!
To get started you will need to get a wholesale account and become a Wellness Advocate. You can be in our team no matter where you are in Australia and doTERRA is also available in many countries around the world. You can share with family members and friends overseas and still earn commission!
The best part is you can help people get wholesale access to the oils as well as sell retail if you wish and there is NO minimum monthly order unless they would like to do what you are doing and start sharing and earning commission, which also benefits you! If you want to earn commission there is a min monthly order of 100pv which in Australian $ is equal to around $120-$140 depending on what you order. dōTERRA created a ranking system to facilitate the compensation system. Think of each ranking as a benchmark to further success. Here are some average earnings for each rank from 2013.
A few things to note:
PV is personal volume, it is doTERRA’s own point system- to find out the point value of each product check the price list and product guide in the files section. You must be on a min 100pv per month to get commission. Shipping costs and tax do not count as PV.
OV is your team’s overall volume. This becomes important to know as you try to qualify for bonuses and rank advancements. It is your volume plus the volume of YOUR entire Team.
Consultant is an entry-level rank. There is a monthly PV of 100 to earn any commissions.
Executive
Monthly PV 100 | Monthly OV 2,000
In order to achieve Executive rank, your team must sell a minimum of 2,000 total OV in 1 month. This volume can be made up of 1) enrollment kits, 2) orders, and 3) autoships
Upon reaching the rank of Executive, the IPC will receive a beautiful rank advancement certificate.
