My Top Tips to Rank Advance (and maintain!) in doTERRA

There’s really only one thing you need to remember, the rest of this blog post will just give you tips on how to do this effectively.

Share the oils AND opportunity with as many people as possible.

Help others who want to and are showing up do the same.

Repeat.

Set Your Goal & Get Clear on Why

Write your goal down and keep a journal to continue writing your goal down and manifesting DAILY

eg I am Premier on or before 28 February 2019, write down how this feels!

Add a PERSONAL ENROLLMENT goal. Personally enrolling is crucial to rank advancing and maintaining rank. Focus 80% of your time in your business on recruitment (inviting, presenting, enrolling) and 20% of your time on other activities like supporting team members, facebook groups, team challenges, mentoring etc.

Goal to write down eg I personally enroll 10+ with 200pv+ enrollment orders in February 2019 including several larger kits.

Remember to write down WHY this is important to you. Whether it’s to create more time freedom with your family, work towards your goal of having your husband leave a FIFO job, be able to contribute to a cause you’re passionate about, buy a home, no longer have financial stress in your life, be able to go on incredible holidays and give back. Get very clear on why you are doing this so you can remind yourself why it’s important to keep moving forward when challenges arise.

Journal the qualities, values and attributes of those you want to attract into your business constantly. More on manifesting in this blog post.

Let People Know Your Goal!

Sit down and talk with your loved ones and support people in your life about what you’re doing and why it’s important to you, ask nicely if they are able to support you (without expectation and attachment to their response).

Let your enroller know and Silver and above + Diamond and above leader. Again without expectation of ANYTHING from them but simply so you have more people who know and can offer encouragement, support and accountability.

Plan & Prepare

Let them know you’re serious by actually having a plan and sending them a rank planner.

Have a Business Owners LRP

Do Classes. Then Do More. Enroll the Humans. Then Enroll More.

Front load the first half of your month with double the amount of classes and one on ones you think you will need to rank advance for the ENTIRE MONTH so that if you have cancellations or not as many enrolments you think you have loads of time to create more.

Reach out to every single person already in your team in legs you need volume to see if they are open to having a class for you.

Here’s an example of a script to send them.

Hi Sarah, I know you love the oils, will you host a class of 4-7 people in the next few weeks so we can help more people learn about them? Of course anyone you invite you’ll get to enroll and we can start earning your oils for free/get you some cash!

Hi Jane, (insert personalised message if you wish) are you open to natural ways to care of your health? I’m teaching people how to use essential oils, are you open to hosting a class for me/attending a workshop at my place?

Commit to a class in your own home at the same time every single week indefinitely so you ALWAYS have something to invite the people you are talking to and sharing the oils with throughout each week. I made mine a Tuesday evening at 7pm on my back patio. It was small and in a very uninviting part of town and the classes start with one or two people and plenty of no shows but the more I did them the more momentum I got as I was able to book classes from classes and invite people I enrolled to bring their own contacts if they weren’t ready to have their own class.

If You Use Social Media, Use It Well

Be on there as a conscious creator, do not sit there scrolling and answering every question in every facebook group under the sun.

Share stories (COMPLIANTLY), share about the opportunity, share your life, share you, share your personal development, showcase people in your team, share experiences, and have a call to action to message you for more info about how to get started. YOU are the brand. People will not connect with just a photo of an oil or kit. They’ll connect with your stories. Do live videos and share helpful, valuable content that will solve people’s pain points and resonate with people.

Use the Build Guide

Under Powerpoints use the Build Guide Powerpoint to Present an Optional Business Opportunity Info Session at the end of your Nature’s Solutions Classes (after you have helped everyone open their own wholesale/wellness advocate account.

Network!!

Everywhere there are people there are opportunities to network. Never just give people a business card. Always ask if they’re on instagram and follow them, interact with them by regularly liking and commenting on their posts. Or add them as a friend on facebook and do the same, private message and stay in touch, take an interest, support their business, develop genuine relationships. Tag other people’s business and leave genuine positive reviews when you like their product or service. Be friendly and someone that brings immense value and joy to people’s lives.

Start attending more events. I get incredible contacts from personal development conferences, retreats, workshops etc outside of doTERRA, plus I’m furthering my own personal and business development. Jump on meetup.com and see what genuinely interests you in your area. Go to things like yoga, pilates, meditation, pottery, dance class, mums groups, TOAST MASTERS etc. Develop REAL relationships.

And when someone brings up an issue they are having in their life ask them “Would it be ok with you if I shared something with you that’s really helped me with that?” Share a sample that meets their specific need with info on how to use. Ask for their number or email to follow up (or add on facebook/insta so you can DM/PM them later).

Follow up and KEEP following up properly

It can take multiple, MULTIPLE touches for people to develop the trust in you/the brand before they want to purchase. This is your job to stay front of mind and continue developing that relationship. Definitely don’t just continually message them asking if they’re ready to sign up. Take an interest in them and their life. Ask questions, stay connected, ask them if they’d like to have coffee and when things do come up just say something simple like hey I know you were interested in the oils, just wanted to let you know about a great promo we have going at the moment as I didn’t want you to miss out, let me know if you’d like to open an account so you can get these drop shipped straight to your door at wholesale prices, the exact same price I pay, I’m super happy to have a chat with you about the most cost effective and popular options and the one that will best suit your needs. Know Your Numbers!

It is absolutely impossible to go for a goal if you don’t know exactly what you need to get there and have a plan. Fill in the rank planner as mentioned but know your volume and recalculate daily. Elites are the Foundation of Your Business

It is 2304972038473 times easier to personally enroll new people and help them launch their business and run for Elite then try and drag lifeless leaders that aren’t running with you up the hill.

Focus on promoting the opportunity WITH the oils and run a launch mastermind for your newbies using the Empowered Success Launch Guide. You can do this in your own home, in someone else’s or rent an air bnb for a weekend mastermind or hire a hall. It can be with one person or as many people as you like.

To attend a launch mastermind the person must enroll WITH A KIT and an empower kit and have their 100 or 150+ LRP set up for the following month (such as the business owners LRP above)

At my launch mastermind I start by playing one or two co-impact sourcing videos like this one.

Then go around the room and get each person to introduce themselves, why they are interested in the business opportunity and what they would like to earn each month and how much time they are willing to commit to their business. I share my story briefly and why I am so passionate about this opportunity and how it has changed my life.

Do the Personal Development

I find Tapping to be an extremely effective, quick and helpful way to clear limiting beliefs and negative emotions that come up for me when I’m going for a big goal. Also listen to podcasts, read personal development books, there’s a great list of recommendations at the bottom of this page. Pray, meditate if that’s something that’s important to you. Ask for guidance, love, support and miracles.

Remember Personal Development without ACTION is a complete waste of time.

Self Care is Crucial

Set yourself up for success by creating simple habits to support you. Take your Lifelong Vitality Pack, use Wild Orange and Basil over your adrenals points, take Mito 2 Max. I have a smoothie every morning for breakfast and the same konjac noodle salad for lunch every day because it’s easy, healthy and become routine. Check out the Yoga Glo app and do simple sessions at home if this resonates, I keep up with my Pilates too and make sure I take walks on the beach, have fun with my kids and time block time for me. Rank advancing doesn’t have to equal burn out. It can be energising and amazing if you support yourself through it.

How to Maintain Rank

Don’t stop personally enroll and focus on consistently launching fresh energy to Elite and beyond so you have multiple builders and qualifiers in all legs, think about it even Presidential Diamond requires 54 Elites, imagine if you have even two people under your Platinums and Silvers that are going for Elite and beyond, this creates an extremely solid business that YOU have control over rather than feeling frustrated and resentful when legs keep falling over.

• PERSONALLY ENROLL
  Never ever stop personally enrolling, running your own classes and one on ones and booking classes from classes!
• Share the oils with EVERYONE, remember when you don’t share with people you are being a selfish dick and taking away people’s opportunities to have these life changing oils, opportunity and community in their life. Imagine if the person that shared with you didn’t do that because they were stuck in their own fear of rejection or whatever other story they were playing out. #dontbeadick
• Place in legs where you need volume and help them get their oils for free
• BUILD COMMUNITY
• Focus on relationships
• Spend time with your peopl
• Help them get their oils for free!
• Have enrolling integrity (whoever invited them/introduced them, give them the opportunity to enroll with them)
• Focus on legs that need volume, DON’T worry about fast start. Do not be short sighted or selfish.
• Contact everyone in legs you need volume, offer to run classes, if they’ve already had one offer a second or third one- this is how you open people up to sharing and building!
• You rise as you help others rise.
• RUN WITH THE RUNNERS
• Stay close and connected to the ones showing up who want this, work with, love, support, believe in, encourage and champion them.
• Where there are no runners or people who say they want but actions do not align that is where YOU personally enrol more and reach down and do classes and create exactly what you want.
• LET GO OF STORY RIGHT NOW “My such and such leg doesn’t do the work” ENROLL PEOPLE YOURSELF AND WORK WITH FRESH ENERGY
• “My upline doesn’t support me” GET IT DONE YOURSELF AND BE THE LEADER YOU WANT TO ATTRACT- plus make an effort to attend every event ever and cultivate other relationships. Give and help others and you will receive.

When It Feels Really Hard

There might be disappointments, no shows, let downs and things that go wrong.

This does not mean you are not on the right path, the universe tests you when you are closest to your calling.

Read back messages and reflect on the lives you’ve changed and why you are doing this, and KEEP FRIGGING GOING!

TAKE MASSIVE ACTION.

This will require you stepping out of your comfort zone.

Never, ever, EVER quit. Keep going right until the very last second of end of month. Especially never quit three days out before end of month, no matter how impossible it looks, the last 72 hours of the month are ALWAYS where the MOST enrollments flow in and miracles happen, but only if you keep showing up.

Reach out to your support people when times get tough, cry, vent, put your oils on, do some self care and then pick yourself and keep moving forward.

And remember it is ok to give something EVERYTHING you’ve got and fall short, you can reset your goal, I’ve had to time and time again, but I know when I’ve given it my all it means I’m 200% closer to hitting it the next time I go for it.
